When preparing your holiday meals, you need to have the correct utensils. You need to have a good set of knives to use when preparing and serving food! KitchenAid has just that. They have an awesome set that has the knives you need for every job in the kitchen. I was given, courtesy of Lifetime Brands, a KitchenAid 14 PC Forged Stainless Steel Cutlery Set in a Black Block to review for my readers. The cutlery set includes and 8 inch chef knife, 8 inch slicing knife, 3.5 inch paring knife, 6 steak knives, all purpose kitchen shears, sharpening steel, and a black block. This set is awesome! The knives are so sharp and durable. We used them for steak the other night, and when we cut into our steaks, it was like cutting into butter. There is nothing I have not been able to do with these knives. From slicing and dicing to a julienne cut on carrots, celery or any kind of vegetable. My husband was even able to cut through a whole chicken that had been deep fried using the sheers! We have really enjoyed having this set and we look forward to enjoying them with company over the holidays. Oh and not only is this set perfect for your cutlery needs in the kitchen, but the black block and the sheek look that the set adds to your kitchen also make this set the perfect decorative accessory for your kitchen!!
