Keep in mind this is Angus beef raised without added hormones.
They do not feed the livestock antibiotics!




Their steaks are thick, juicy, & full of flavor!
Their steaks are cut 3/4" and 1 1/4" thick.
Choose from Rib Eyes, New York Strips, Sirloins, Filet Mignon for the grill.
Their beef appears dark due to the vaccum sealing.
The flavor is not affected. It is locked in the air tight bag. 
The oxygen in the air is what gives beef its bright red color.
If you want your steaks to have the red color before cooking simply expose them to air.
