Country Crock #Giveaway (2011 Holiday Gift Guide) CLOSED!

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving then in another month it will be Christmas. The time just seems to fly by. I know tomorrow, the majority of us, will be celebrating Thanksgiving dinner with our families. Then after the meal, it is time to shop, get Christmas decorations out and up, wrap gifts, and prepare the Christmas feast. Since we will be entertaining a crowd for Christmas this year, we are planning a larger meal for then than for tomorrows Thanksgiving dinner. One thing that I know we can always use more of would be the side dishes. I have kids that will just eat the sides sometimes, so they will load their plates up with side dishes, then just get a small amount of the meat dish. With it being the holidays, I do let that slide. I want them to enjoy the meal just as much as the adults are, so if they just want sides then they can have mostly sides with a bit of meat too. With that being said, since we will have a nice size crowd, I will need to have quite a bit of side dishes ready to be served with the meal. Running out of certain dishes at the beginning of the meal is not a good thing for me. I mean, I am glad that the food was highly sought after, but I want to make sure that there is enough for everyone to get as much as they want. Another thing is, when the meal is over, I expect to have some left overs to make meals out of for a few days after! Well on top of our homemade sides that we do every year, I will be adding some of the Country Crock Side Dishes into the meal as well. I was sent four coupons for side dishes along with a $25 American Express Gift Card to help with our big Christmas dinner this year!! We have tried these side dishes from Country Crock before, and one thing that I love is seeing my kids plates empty after a meal, that to me is a plus when it comes to foods and I mark that food down in my list of foods that are hits with my family! My son claims that he does not like broccoli, and when I have served him the Cheddar Broccoli and Rice, he has eaten every bite! For me that is a score and it goes down on the list of foods I can get my kids to eat and like!! I know that if my son will eat it, then it is good to go as a side dish for our Christmas dinner along with some of the other Country Crock Side Dishes as well!!
