Real Steel Blu-Ray Review + #Giveaway CLOSED!!

I love finding movies that the whole family can watch and all enjoy. Real Steel was a movie that my husband took my son to see in the theater back in October. It was a movie that my three year old son went nuts over. After seeing the movie, he became obsessed with robots and he wanted a fighting robot, lol. Well recently we were sent a copy of Real Steel on Blu-Ray to review. Since its arrival, we have watched this great movie numerous times. My son knows certain parts by heart. I too fell in love with this amazing movie. Real Steel is based on a type of futuristic boxing. Human boxing becomes a thing of the past and robot boxing becomes the sport that everyone knows and bets on. These robot boxers are controlled kinda like a video game in a way, and their human controllers, control the entire fight. They are just robots, and they are nothing but steel, right? The story surrounds a former human boxer and his estranged son. The boxer is one that loves to bet and tends to bet above his means. In the midst of his downward spiral, he unwillingly becomes reunited with his son, the son he almost completely forgot existed, after his sons mom passes away. The two may find themselves as strangers, to then find themselves a lot alike, a lot more alike than either of them expected. And they also find a bond that grows between them, a bond that changes their lives forever. The two travel around trying to win robot boxing fights for money. They come across a robot to what many would have called junk, a robot that had literally been thrown out to be forgotten, a robot that can not only fight, but who brings them together. This movie is a great movie. I also love the extra features that you get with this set, that include deleted and extended scenes, the Real Steel Second Screen: Ringside with Director Shawn Levy, countdown to the Fight: The Charlie Kenton Story as well as more great extras!!! Real Steel will be available for sale on January 24, and to make things even better I will be giving one of my amazing readers their own Blu-Ray Combo Pack of Real Steel!!
