Beaba Baby Products #Giveaway US and #Canada (Preparing For Baby Guide) CLOSED!

Baby Wyatt will be here before we know it and I am at that point with things where finding all of the accessories that will come in handy for taking care of him is a goal of mine right now. I love finding products that are going to make things easier, especially when it comes to the bottles! Recently I was sent a set of really great products for bottles and even baby food from the wonderful people at Beaba. One thing that we all can find to be a challenge in the middle of the night is warming up bottles. Now I will be breastfeeding, but I will be pumping milk so that my husband can also take part in the feedings, so the Bib 'secondes is going to really come in handy for us! With the Bib 'secondes I can warm up bottles and then as Wyatt gets older and is ready to start eating baby food, I can also warm his baby food up with this awesome warmer! It takes about 2 minutes to heat up a bottle then about 5 minutes to heat up a jar. There are different settings on the warmer so that you can choose refrigerated or room temperature as your starting for bottles and food, and you also choose the amount of liquid or food you are warming up so that you can get the right warmth for your babies feedings! I love that I can use both plastic and glass bottles and jars when heating up bottles and jar food for the baby! I also love that this nifty bottle warmer uses steam to do its heating!
On top of the awesome Bib 'secondes, I was also sent some very practical items that will also come in handy with any bottle feeding that we will be doing! I was sent the 2-in-1 Bottle Brush, which having a bottle brush is a must have when you have a baby in the house. With the Beaba bottle brush it has both a soft bottle brush that will not scratch your bottles, and a nipple brush as well which is perfect for getting those nipples on your bottles clean. The brush also comes with a great holder that helps dry your bottle brush and keeps it clean and hygienic!! I find the Beaba 2-in-1 Bottle Brush not only to be practical, but I also love how great it will look in my kitchen!! The other item for bottles that is a very practical item to have when you are formula feeding is the Beaba Bib Mixer! This mixer is made to mix the formula in the bottle without causing unwanted bubbles that you get from shaking bottles, and also makes your formula mixture clump free! This great hand held formula mixer is compatible with all bottle types and formulas as well!!
In all I find these products from Beaba to be items that anyone who is expecting a new baby should put on their baby registries, and also these are great gifts to give at baby showers as well!! Well, since we are preparing ourselves for little Wyatt to join us soon over here at Mommy Katie, the wonderful people from Beaba would like to give one of my amazing readers the same set of great Beaba products that I was sent!!

InGenuity Cradle and Sway Swing (Preparing For Baby Guide)

Finding baby products can be fun and in my case a chore all in its own. Dont get me wrong, I love looking for great baby products, but for one, not being able to go out a whole lot to do shopping and for two for the fact that I want everything to coordinate, makes shopping for baby a love hate relationship for me. I find that companies I have used and trusted in the past that not only have the products that I need but also have the products I need in a variety of designs and colors that are what I am looking for. Since we are preparing ourselves for a new baby boy, I have been going with grays, greens, and blues. I chose those colors in soft tones so that I could easily coordinate everything to go together from the blankets to the gear that we will be using for the new baby. Well, recently I was sent a baby swing that is not only from a company that I know. trust and love, but the swing that I was sent came in the soft grays and blues that I have been going with! I was sent the InGenuity Cradle and Sway Swing from the Pembrook collection from the amazing people with the InGenuity line!
First of all I am going to have to say that this swing was fairly easy to put together, even with this pregnant mamas ditsy pregnant brain syndrome. Once it was all together, since we did not have a baby on hand, we decided to use one of my daughters dolls as a model. I love the design, it is simple, yet very adorable. I love how soft the fabric is and I love how cushioned the padding is as well. Both of these aspects will make for a very comfortable and soothing experience each time we put little Wyatt in the swing. The mobile is very adorable with the cute and friendly turtles that you can spin around for baby to enjoy looking at while they are being soothed in their swing. A huge plus, that I know can be a issue for many is that this swing can be used with batteries but can also be plugged in! I love having a baby swing and I have found them to be a must have with baby, but having to buy new batteries often to keep yourself sane and baby happy can be quite costly and the plug in feature is going to prove to be a lifesaver for this mama! I love the settings that are on top, are easy to follow and will make Wyatt's swinging time a relaxing time for the both of us! In all, I am going to have to say that the InGenuity Cradle and Sway Swing is one that we will be using and one that I will be recommending to others who are also preparing for a new baby!!

eBags Packing Cubes

Summer is here and like most out there, summer means family vacations to me. I think that when it comes to packing for any vacation I tend to go a little overboard and I end up not having enough room in the bags that I allocated for my supposed light packing. I really dont think that it has to do with me over packing, I think it is more of me just putting a little of this and a little of that in my suitcase with no real organization. Then it seems that, sure I may be able to pack my bags where everything fits on the way to my destination but when I arrive, everything is all wrinkled, then when it is time to pack everything back up and leave, I have to act like a magician in order to get the same items put back in the same bag and make them fit so I can close up my bag. I know that I am not the only one out there who has these issues either. I have plenty of friends and family who suffer from the same disorder of packing nice wrinkle free clothes, then end up with a clean mess, then when it is time to repack, having the issue of the shrinking bag. Recently I was sent a product that will make packing for me so much easier. I was sent the Packing Cubes from eBags. These cubes are designed to bring organization to luggage, which is something that I desperately needed, and they are made so that they fit right into your suitcases! I can put all of my shirts in one bag, pants in another, then my undergarments in another, fold all of my clothing nicely, fit them all in my suitcase with out a struggle, then once I am ready to unpack, the clothes that I carefully folded and placed in the Packing Cubes, come out nicely folded and unwrinkled! I love the Packing Cubes from eBags and the next time you are planning a trip, make the packing part a little easier by getting yourself and your family organized with some of the Packing Cubes from eBags as well!!

#Giveaway New SwaddleDesigns SwaddleLite (Preparing For Baby Guide) CLOSED

Babies are so precious and so much fun as well. I cherish every moment with my babies from the time they are born all the way up! When they are little, I like to try and keep them as comfortable as possible. We all know that babies can not voice what might be ailing them, but as a parent, we can do our best to accommodate them the best we can. One thing that I learned from my older two, is that swaddling baby makes a difference and helps both baby and mommy be at ease. Babies feel that sense of comfort and closeness, like they felt in the womb, when they are swaddled. In fact there are many benefits that come from swaddling, like the fact that swaddling reduces the risk of SIDS, it helps baby sleep better, and it can also help make the breastfeeding experience a easier one. Another benefit that I learned, which was a huge one for me with my daughter is that swaddling reduces the symptoms of colic and fussiness! With that being said, when I was sent the new SwaddleLite swaddle blankets from SwaddleDesigns, I was excited to review them! I love how light weight these swaddle blankets are, which is great for this hot Texas weather, and will be very handy to have when Wyatt arrives in early September. With SwaddleDesigns, I not only know that their swaddling blankets are ones I can trust and love when using them on my babies, but I love that they also have the tag on them that shows you how to properly swaddle your infant!
The new SwaddleDesigns SwaddleLite swaddling blankets are available in many great colors and designs. I chose to go with the Cute & Calm in Kiwi. I love the kiwi color of the middle blanket then the designs of the other two are very adorable as well. I know that this set will be put to use once Wyatt is here and having the light weight material is going to be very beneficial to us when we are out at practices and games in this hot Texas weather!!!! Well since the wonderful people over at SwaddleDesigns love the readers over here at Mommy Katie, they would like to give one of my amazing readers their own set of the new SwaddleLite blankets from SwaddleDesigns!!!

Costumes For Men PlusSizeCostumeSuperCenter.com

My husband and I love Halloween, it is a time when we can dress up however we want and have fun doing it. On top of Halloween, we love to attend costume parties together, where others like us, lol, like to dress up at different times of the year, even when it is not close to Halloween. When we dress up we like to shop for the costumes that we are going to love, but with my husband, he does not fit into the average costume. He is a big and tall man, and if you have a big and tall man in your life, then you know that finding plus size costumes can be quite challenging. We love to be able to shop for adult costumes that fit the theme we want to go with, and when we go looking, we can usually find a costume for me in the womens costumes, but then to find one for my husband that will fit him and coordinate with mine, can be a challenge. We found out that this does not have to be the case when we found the Plus Size Costume Super Center online. I had found the site after shopping on the Costume Super Center site for myself and the kids. The kids will usually pick their own costumes and choose different themes, but when we shop for ours, we like to coordinate. So when I found the Plus Size Costume Super Center, I found that we can find an amazing selection of adult costumes, and we can coordinate our costumes at great prices! This year my husband decided that he wants to go with a Plus Size Men's Psycho Sushi Chef Costume. Now he has already coordinated the baby, who will be here in early September, to go with his costume, lol. So I have to now find a womens costume to go with theirs, I have time, but I have not quite decided on whether I want to be a patron, a victim or a chef as well. I have been going over the costumes over at Plus Size Costume Super Center and I know I will be able to find the costume I will wear this year there as well!! Whether you are looking for a great costume to get for a costume party or if you are looking to get a head start on your Halloween costume shopping at a great price, then check out the great selection of adult costumes over at www.PlusSizeCostumeSuperCenter.com today!

Mamasan Maternity Apparel #Giveaway (Preparing For Baby Guide) CLOSED

In pregnancy, you have to accept the fact that your cute clothes that you wore before are not going to fit for at least the duration of your pregnancy, but that does not mean that you have to sacrifice your style during that time either. Sure you may feel huge, but most people dont see you that way, they see you as being cute and pregnant, a mama to be. I have been maternity clothing shopping many times and I cant stand it when I go maternity shopping and I cant find clothing that not only looks cute, but that also has a style like I would wear even when I am not pregnant. It does seem that as time goes on, and with each of my pregnancies, I do find that the maternity fashion is becoming more and more fashionable so to say. Recently I was sent a top from MamaSan Maternity Apparel, which is a store that sells maternity apparel that is stylish and is a store that I find very appealing as well! I was sent the Sacred Hearts Tank Top. I love the heart design on the top, and I love that it is a tank top that fits just right and that the fabric is light weight, since I am going to be pregnant through this summer! It is a top that I can wear just about anywhere, be comfortable not only with the fabric and the fit, but also be comfortable with the style. In fact I love all of the clothing over at MamaSan Maternity Apparel. They carry a great selection of maternity tops that you can get in strapless, long sleeve, short sleeve and sleeveless, adorable maternity dresses, maternity skirts and even nursing covers! Then once baby is here, you can even get cute clothing for the baby by shopping their Misopunk Infant Apparel! I love Mamasan Maternity Apparel and the selection they have, and since we are preparing for baby over here at Mommy Katie, the wonderful people from Mamasan Maternity Apparel would like to give one of my amazing readers their own top from Mamasan Maternity Apparel!!!
