Boost Your Weight Loss With The RightSize Smoothies

Over the past few months I have been on a journey to loose quite a bit of weight. To my surprise, I have been very successful in getting closer to reaching the goal that I had set for myself back in March. One thing that I have learned is, that in order to get any results, you have to stick to the plan you have put in front of you. Dont get me wrong, it is hard, very hard at times, but with the goal set in your mind, you can reach what you set out for. For me, I have had some ups and a few downs. Like when temptation is staring me in the face, well, I have to stare it right back down and walk away. I know that with my calorie counts, I have gone over a few times, then the next day I am kicking myself for allowing that to happen, but I have learned to not let it go over by too much and to also be very mindful about what I put into my body each day. Recently, I was given a tool that has really helped me continue on my journey and has made a very nice difference. I was given some of the RightSize Smoothies to try out and review. Now with this review, I had to wait to see if the results continued after the first week, and to my surprise it did, in fact, I wanted to see how well these smoothies worked, so I gave it a few weeks. This past month, I have been replacing 2 meals a day with the RightSize Smoothies. At first I was thinking that I could not do it, I need to eat more than the one meal, but I found that the smoothies are filling, and after drinking one, I am no longer hungry, as if I ate a meal. I also found, that the recipes that I was given and the ones that are on the RightSize site, helped keep this diet from getting boring or bland. Another plus is, I can make my smoothies just about anywhere, like if I am out with friends, I can shake up a smoothie in my shaker that came with my pack, and instead of indulging in a high calorie meal, I can fill up on my smoothie! Just like I do with the kids, when I put snacks into little containers, I can put the powder amount for a smoothie into a container, a container with fat free milk in it, then also pack my shaker, and bam, I have no excuses on why I cant have a smoothie when I am out with the kids! I was really impressed with the 30 day weight loss plan that I went on, and after 13 pounds down to add to my total so far on my journey, well I think anyone who follows the RightSize Smoothie plan can be impressed and pleased with themselves too! thanks for the info - i have been dieting for 3 months now. i want to keep dieting but need a change so maybe i will give this a try. and congratulations on your weight loss!

This is a great idea! Having something this convenient and easy to keep the size under control takes a lot of the hard part out of it. I've never heard of this brand before, but I am going to be looking for it.
