Spending The Holidays With Some Disney Favorites (Holiday Guide)

Growing up, I found that there were certain movies that I watched, that are ones that I enjoy sharing with my own kids. One such movie is a holiday classic for me. I was sent that movie to share and review with my kids this holiday season. The movie is Disney's Mickey's Christmas Carol. Now I can remember watching the Charles Dickens tale of Ebenezer Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, and being able to follow along, but not really taking in all of the lessons that the story taught. It was not until I had first watched the movie Mickey's Christmas Carol, when I was little, that I really understood the message of the tale. So when we sat down to watch this particular version of the classic tale with our own kids, I enjoyed seeing that they also felt more of a understanding with this movie than with other versions. In this version, you have Donald who plays the part of Scrooge, a greedy duck who does not think of anyone but himself, that is until he is given a wake up call. Donald is the boss of a very humble and very poor mouse, Mickey, who, no matter how bad things can get, always sees the bright side of things, and he passes this on to his children as well. Donald is shown the other side of things, and the meaning of true friendship and the true meaning of Christmas by some Christmas spirits, who are played by Goofy and Jiminy Cricket. This Disney Classic is one that I have enjoyed sharing with my kids, and is also one that we can definitely add to our list of holiday favorites. Aside from the classic tale, when you get this 30th Anniversary Blu-Ray, you also get some great bonus features which include Pluto's Christmas Tree, Art of Skiing, Corn Chips and more! Mickey's Christmas Carol is available to bring home and share with your family today!

Another great movie that we were sent that is perfect for sharing with the family over the holiday season is Winnie The Pooh A Very Merry Pooh Year, Gift Of Friendship Edition on Blu-Ray! Winnie The Pooh and the rest of the group from the Hundred Acre Wood have been a favorite of mine since I was a child, and the stories, movies and characters are something that I have shared with each of my kids. So when we were sent the Blu-Ray of Winnie The Pooh A Very Merry Pooh Year, we knew that this was one that we had to add to our list of holiday favorites! In this movie you have the whole group of lovable characters from the Hundred Acre Wood celebrate the time of year with the best of spirits and wishes. The friends gather to make their resolutions, when Rabbit finds the New Years Resolutions that his friends have made to be quite unreasonable in his eyes, in which he soon finds the true spirit of the season! We enjoyed sharing
this great movie with our kids and you can too by adding it to your list and going out today to bring it home to watch this season!

My grandsons would love both of these movies! I think they would especially love the Mickey Mouse one.
