I think the hardest thing is making the right choices, and sticking to those, because I know that even running to the grocery store and being faced with temptation can be challenging when you are starting a diet. So for me, I have found the way to conquer those temptations and take on the diet the way it is intended when it comes to the calorie count, is to go on a diet that is delivered and packaged for me, ready to eat.
