From those hot pot pies that are filled with vegetables, meat, and have that amazing crust on them, to the dinners that the whole family can enjoy, we find that we can get a taste of that good old fashioned comfort food, right from our grocers freezer, when we shop the Marie Callender's line of products. Well aside from bringing those dishes home for the family to enjoy, right now through January 31st, when you bring those delicious meals home from the Marie Callender's line, you can also help our soldiers, by entering the code on the specially marked Marie Callender's products.
With each code entered, Marie Callender's will help bring comfort to our soldiers, with the Comforts From Home Project, by donating to the USO2GO, which is a USO program that brings items like electronics, books, sporting goods and more to our troops who are stationed in remote locations!
Aside from this great mission, Marie Callender's has another mission to go along with this one, by helping to bring a soldier home, to their family, during the national television event, "A Hero's Welcome" on Veteran's Day, November 11, 2014! This event will air across some of those amazing networks like HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel and more, and will be hosted by by Robert Irvine from Restaurant Impossible, Genevieve Gorder from HGTV Design Star and Gary Sinise, award-winning actor and founder of the Gary Sinise Foundation. This show will feature those comforts from home to our American troops, in a very special way, a way that only Marie Callender's can!
