Wow, this past week has really flown by, and like so many parents, I have spent my week preparing for the new school year. We have been out shopping, catching the deals and trying to beat the back to school rush, and along with that, I have been following the Nutrisystem plan so I can get healthier and feel happier for myself and my family!

So this week, I found that the weight loss was not as much as my first week, which was something I had prepared myself for. I found myself down another 1 lb, but in the same that brings my total to 12 pounds in just 2 weeks of starting this amazing program! I have had emails and messages from fans asking many questions about the food, and if I have noticed any differences with the weight I have lost.
Well first, let me tell you, those who asked about the bars that you can get from Nutrisystem, if they are any good and if they might enjoy them and get full from them, the answer in my opinion is yes! I too found myself skeptical about the bars, especially when it came to getting full since they are meant to be for a meal. I think out of the bars when it comes to the lunch options, I found the Fudge Graham Bar to be a personal favorite. I also found that with each of the bars that are available, they are perfect for grabbing while on the go, especially when we are spending a day at the mall shopping. Helping to keep me from going for the food court foods, and also helping with keeping on track!

Then with the second question I found to be a popular one with my fans which is if I can see and feel a difference just in these first couple of weeks. Well, lets see, 12 pounds down, yes! I feel it, I have more energy, I am down a dress size, and just knowing that I am losing the weight I want to lose is motivation and excitement all in its own! Which to me, makes my Nutrisystem journey worth it, and one that I am excited to continue on!

So if you are considering taking on the Nutrisystem plan, I say go for it, I am seeing results and will continue to post those on here. And if you have any questions, feel free to shoot me those emails and messages and I will answer them with my weekly updates!
