Hard to believe that our summer is coming to an end, and for me that means back to those busy mornings where I am getting the family up and out the door. I have found over the years, that when it comes to loosing weight, making sure you do not skip meals is very important. I have also found that like many, skipping over breakfast is a common meal that we end up skipping. So as I am taking this amazing life changing journey with Nutrisystem, I am thankful to have those great grab and go foods to eat in the mornings, along with the delicious protein shakes!
I like that I can get up, drink a glass of water, get the kids up and fed, lunches made, then grab a shake and a breakfast item from my Nutrisystem selection so I too eat in the mornings. I find that the shakes help to fill me up in the mornings along with my meal item, and I like the various flavors that are available, so I can continue to change up my meals each day! Making it so I am not feeling that mid morning slump, and also making it so I am not over eating by the time lunch or dinner comes around!
Allowing me to keep up on those busy school mornings, as well as stay on track with my weightloss! And to add to that number when it comes to my progress, I am down another 1 pound, making me 17 pounds lighter than I was when I started just 6 weeks ago!!!
