With the kids heading back to school and many of us getting back into the routines of following those hectic schedules, I find that the temptation to sway off my diet is there. In the past when I have dieted, I have found that as I am running around, from place to place, that grabbing some fast food was the easiest option for me. And like many, I would pull up to a drive thru, grab foods that I knew were not great for my diet, but saw as convenient. So I can appreciate that with the foods and tools I have at my fingertips with Nutrisystem, I can avoid those go to fast food meals while on the go, and stay on track.
Like I had mentioned in the previous week, having the NuMi app really helps with staying on track. I can really appreciate that when I am out, I can log my foods and water as well as any activity, without having to think twice about it. I also like that say if I am out with friends, and we do go somewhere to eat, I can find menu items on my app, that give me an idea of what I can order so I do not go over my limits.
Aside from having the app at my fingertips, I also like that I can take those Nutrisystem food items with me while I am out. Like the bars that are available, making it easier to stay on track and also making it so I do not come up with excuses on why I went for that cheese burger and fries, and instead feel good about my choices I made at the end of the day when I look at my progress! And speaking of progress, I have lost another 2 pounds this week, putting me at a total of 16 pounds down!!!
