Keep Your Fitness Resolutions with Empower Fitness for Women

Like so many out there, when I think of those resolutions myself and my family made on the first, I think about ways on how I can keep them. I have found that when it comes to keeping a New Years Resolution, having the products and tools that can help keep those resolutions going is ideal. So when I was sent the set of products for women's fitness from Empower Fitness to review, I was excited to check them out and add the to my list of must have workout gear!

I like that with the selection of gear I can find on Empower Fitness, I can get the gear and clothing I might need so that I can stick to my resolution of finding ways to get healthier. I also like that with the products that they have, I can find those tools I might need that are perfect for those at home workout routines, which is perfect for stay at home moms like myself to use and workout with!

With the Zobi's that are available at Empower Fitness, I like that I can choose from various weights, and along with the product I can follow along with the workout videos and instructions that they come with. Another plus about the Zobi, when it comes to getting fit and using them to workout with, I like that they are easy to grip and with a 30 minute workout using the videos that are included, I can burn up to 300 calories and condition my muscles as well!

Then when it comes to the reflective gear that I can get for wearing when I go on those evening walks, I like that I can choose from a selection of headbands, scarves, and more! Making the products that can be found over at Empower Fitness, a great selection of gear to help you with keeping those new years resolutions!

Product received, thank you to Empower Fitness as well as the PR for supplying me with a product for this review, all opinions are my own.

I'm really trying to improve my health this year. I'm diabetic, so it would help to lose weight. Plus, I have arthritis, and it would help my mobility to exercise & get in better condition. I'd definitely try this.
