First off, I must say, the way that they have made the operating of the features so simple, makes the Kia Sedona really stand out for me. I mean, the one handed features such as the automatic opening and closing of the sliding side doors, makes the everyday life of any parent or caregiver a lot more simpler especially when you end up having to do most things one handed. I can not only control this feature from the inside of the car in several areas, but I can also access the feature from the key controller as well. I can also lock the feature just like a child lock, so when the kids are in the car they can not use the button that is on the doors in the back to open and close them.
Second, I found the comfort of not only the basic ride, but the reclining seats for long distance rides to be a huge plus! I mean, the seats are simple to set when you want to recline them, and with the recline you get both back and leg support. This can make all the difference when traveling not only with kids but with anyone.
Third, along with the amazing comfort that you get with the 2016 Kia Sedona, I can also appreciate the technology that is available. From the radio and dvd player to keep you and your family entertained, to the air cooling that you can get when you place your water bottles in the glove compartment to keep them cool and the cameras that offer a 360 view when backing out, parking as well as so much more!
I was loaned a vehicle for a week long test drive, thank you to Drive Shop USA for supplying me with the vehicle for this review, all opinions are my own.
