Finding ways to balance the family life and our own health when it comes to weight can be a challenge for many. I have learned that when it comes to finding ways to loose weight, that more times than none I might have a plan in mind, but the daily schedules can get in the way. Like many, I find that coming up with menus for myself that have the low carb options can be a lot easier said than done especially when I cook and prepare meals for the rest of my family. So having options like the new meal kit options that are now available from Atkins, can help to make a big difference and also help to take that guessing game out when it comes to counts and such for daily intakes.

Recently I was given the chance to review one of the new meal option kits from the Atkins line, and after looking over the kits, I found that the Easy Peasy Meal Kit option was the best option for me! I can appreciate the meal kit options because you can find which one is best suited for you. These kits include the Easy Peasy Meal Kit, the Frozen Foodie Meal Kit, and the Evening Chef Meal Kit. Also when it comes to the options, you do not just have to rely on the photos to when it comes to making your choice but you can also read the descriptions that go with each kit so you can be sure to pick the one that can fit your lifestyle needs.

Atkins Meal Kits cover a week’s worth of food and tools, with three different options to choose from for one’s needs and lifestyle:

  • Frozen Foodie Meal Kit ($69.99) is ideal for people who are too busy to cook full meals, requiring minimal time in the kitchen. This kit features a variety of Atkins Frozen Meals to simplify options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  • Evening Chef Meal Kit ($89.99) is designed for the consumer seeking convenience during the day, but wants to prepare their own meals in the evening. The kit includes Atkins Frozen Meals, Snack Bars and Shakes to cover breakfast, lunch and snacks, with recipes and recommended shopping lists for low-carb dinners.

  • Easy Peasy Meal Kit ($97.99) is the most comprehensive kit with all meals included, and consumers make their snacks and side dishes. The kit includes a variety of Atkins Frozen Meals, Meal Bars and Shakes to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner.

With the Easy Peasy Meals kit, I was sent the foods and tools I needed to get me started with one weeks worth of products for my breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I was very pleased when I started with day 1, and found the information I needed in order to follow the Atkins diet plan off the right way, in the reading material that was included in my kit. Along with the book that explains the Atkins diet and also takes you through the diet plan to help you maintain the plan as it is intended, I also found the Carb Counter book, recipe book and the shopping guide to be very helpful. The Carb Counter was like having a personal journal on hand, which helped me to keep track of my daily intake and really take full advantage of the plan.

Then when it comes to the big question that I know many people as well as myself have when it comes to choosing a diet plan, I was very pleased to find that the flavors of the foods and shakes were very pleasant! I mean, on day one when I had my first shake, I was kinda nervous because you just really do not know what it might taste like. I went for the Strawberry and I was very impressed with the flavor. From there I found that each of the meals including the bars, were very pleasing and the frozen meals were packed with flavors that have left me impressed. Which all together, have made the choice to go with the Atkins meal kit to help me with my own weight loss goals, a choice that I am very proud of!

So if you are ready to make that change and start loosing that weight that you have been putting off until tomorrow, take the first step today and check out the new meal options kits from Atkins. You can choose from the 3 different kits that I mentioned above and you can get these kits delivered weekly as a subscription as well. Also now until September 30, you can enjoy free shipping and 5% off on orders with promotional code NEWKIT5

I had a sample of the Atkins's program show up last week. I tried it and it was as good or better than the candy in the store. I am going with the full flavor of this great diet.

I've never had Atkin's products, but I love drinking protein shakes in the morning. They fill me up and give me energy. Great time saver as well.
