In this series, we get many from the original, where D.J. is back along with her sister Stephanie, and Kimmy. D.J. along with her sister and best friend are grown with families of their own, but unfortunately finds herself facing a similar situation like her dad did when she was growing up. Where she too is a widow, left to raise 3 boys on her own, and finds that with the help of her sister Stephanie and best friend Kimmy and her daughter, that together, they can create a great family environment for their kids to grow up in. We liked that just like the original, that having a sibling and a friend can help make all the difference when it comes to raising kids, and with the addition of Kimmy's own daughter added to the group, they find themselves in interesting predicaments which can turn into comedic situations. Making the Fuller House: The Complete First Season boxed set a great choice to go with when seeking fun family shows to share on family movie nights!
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment provided me with a free copy of the DVD I reviewed in this Blog Post. The opinions I share are my own.
