Dental hygiene is something that should be taught from an early age so that we all have a healthy smile and dental problems are avoided. Bad Brushing Habits

There are many health risks when it comes to smoking that can affect a variety of aspects of a person’s health, even their teeth and gums. Not only do you run the risk of a multitude of different cancers and other illnesses, but tobacco also stains your teeth and your fingers yellow and smells bad as well as looks unappealing. A quick search of the internet will show you all of the different oral related illnesses that are related to smoking, which should be enough to steer you away from this bad habit which is becoming increasingly less socially acceptable.

I do know it is not good at all to Grinding And Clench Your Teeth. It can happen at night while sleeping. I have gotten a mouth guard to help with that.
