Hugo is a movie that can touch your heart. Hugo is an amazing boy who lives in the walls of a train station in Paris. He sees just about everything and watches those who he finds to live interesting lives. Being a orphan, he has to avoid capture and steal to get food. He only takes just enough for himself, and since he knows the daily moves and habits of everyone in the train station, he is able to survive by stealing and staying out of sight, or so he thinks. His sneakiness is seen by an elderly gentleman shop owner. Hugo had been stealing, or borrowing tools from the old mans shop to repair a machine that his father had left him. Hugo finds himself working for this man to work off the debt of the items he had stolen. He befriends the elderly shop owners Goddaughter, to find a secret revealed. The secret is one that brings them all together, something that has to do with the machine that Hugo’s father had left him. A machine that only dreams are made of so to say. I loved this movie and I enjoyed watching it with my kids. This is a great movie and will be a perfect addition into any family movie night!!
