As most of you know, I have three kids, and as most of you know who have either lost weight or who have tried to loose weight, with kids, it can be hard. I mean, when you have kids, the kids come first, and when you are dieting and trying to loose weight, there are a million other things on your mind that you may be thinking of besides the rules of your diet plan. For example, I have the baby, he has his feeding schedule, sleep schedule and play schedule, then there are his older two siblings who also have schedules and with summer here, I am having to keep everyone occupied and create schedules to keep all of our days going. Oh, and lets not forget my husband, I have him to work in there as well, mind you he is a big boy, but during the day he is at work so I have the kids to take care and my diet and exercise, well, I feel like that sometimes has to wait. Like when I get the call for, Mom I need this, or Mom hes doing this, you know. Or when the baby has yet again made another mess or gotten into something you wish he would not have. But somehow I manage, I manage to diet and keep up with baby all at the same time and all in the same house as the rest of the kids and the husband along with the three dogs and cat. How I do it, well I ask myself that everyday when I sit down and I log my progress and when I weigh in at the end of the week, just like this week when I saw that I have lost yet another 3 pounds! Putting that total of mine at 44 pounds, which by the way happens to be my husbands lucky number!! So here’s to dieting and keeping up with baby all at the same time!!!
