The holidays are coming, and for me that means making memories. When I was a kid, one of my favorite things was the traditions that my family had. From the big dinner at grandmas house, to the small things, like the new ornaments we would add to our tree at home each year. Each of the ornaments were unique, and unlike the ordinary ornaments on our tree, they had dates, so that we could look back and remember that year. Now that I have my own family, I like to keep some of the traditions alive, like getting together with the family over the holidays, and adding a piece to our holiday decor, that marks the year. Over the past few years, I have been using a great place online, where I can not only find those ornaments or decorative pieces, but I can personalize them, marking the year, so that we can look back and remember. The place is called Ornaments With Love, and it seems that every year, I am able to find that one piece, that really stands out for me, the one I know that will be perfect for displaying, then in later years, looking back on. This year, I was sent the Fireplace Christmas Ornament Tabletop Decoration, that fits right alongside the Christmas Tree Tabletop Decoration we went with last year. Like last year, and years previous, I had the ornament personalized. Adding myself, my husband and my kids names, also putting the family name and marking the year, making this decoration very personal and precious to my family.
When our new ornament for this Christmas arrived, I right away went to get last years out, to look back and remember that the one from last year, marked Wyatt’s first Christmas, our first Christmas all together! We then pulled out our other ornaments, and found the one that had marked our first Christmas with Robert, then the first Christmas that my husband and I were together and a family already since Estrella was there, also finding that first ornament I bought, for Estrella’s first Christmas. There were also others, and each one holding a memory. Well, to start or keep your own holiday traditions, the wonderful people from Ornaments With Love would like to give one of my amazing readers their own ornament!!
This was not a paid post and honest/original opinions were used and they are my own. Thank you to the company and/or pr agency who supplied the product for review.
