With the Halloween now past us, and the holiday season approaching, I find that this time of year is filled with a lot of sweets, which equals a lot of sugar. I am one to admit, I do a lot of baking, for not only my family, but also for friends. So with that in mind, I see that having snacks that are not packed with sugar for the kids is ideal, and that is what we got when we were sent some of the new Dole No Sugar Added Fruit Cups to review.
We found these fruit cups to not only be a great snack to have for the kids, but the fact that they are sugar free, and have no artificial sweeteners make them a great snack for both at home and for packing in lunches for the family. I also like, that when it comes to my own snack time, instead of going for some cookies or any other yummy desert I have baked, I can go for a cup of the Dole No Sugar Added Fruit Cups because they are not only tasty and satisfying when it comes to wanting something to snack on, but at only 40 calories for the oranges and 30 calories for the peaches, I dont have to worry about how much extra time I should put into a workout at the gym.
I can also appreciate that these fruit bowls are packed with Dole all natural fruit in water that is sweetened with monk fruit, and I like that I can find these fruits available in both Mandarin Oranges and Diced Peaches!
