When it comes to finding those remedies for health and well being, I like to seek out those products that offer a natural choice. One of the things that I was raised with, knowing which types to go to for different ailments, were those essential oils. I found that as a child, some might have thought that turning to those oils to be a practice that only the hippies followed, but as some of those kids of those who used the oils have grown up, and have continued to use the various oils for things, others have followed and have now made having essential oils in homes, a regular practice and routine. I enjoy being able to easily find the oils online and even at stores I like to shop at, so when we were sent some bottles of oil from InstaNatural, I was excited to check them out.
For me, having the Lemon and Peppermint oils in the home is a staple, because with these two alone, you can find so many things that they can be used for. From using them to help relieve ailments of nausea and headaches, to using them in cleaning supplies, aromatherapy, and even for freshening the skin.
With the Lemon Essential Oil from InstaNatural, you get oil that is extracted from the rinds of lemon, giving you that fresh lemon scent, one that is uplifting and refreshing. I like that with the Lemon Oil, there are many uses, one of which can offer purifying properties, making it a great aid when it comes to cleansing the skin, and also giving the skin a boost of Vitamin C!
Then with the Peppermint Essential Oil, you get a oil that helps to cool, refresh, and energize both the body and mind. This oil is extracted from the leaves of the Mentha Piperita herb, giving it a sharp, menthol fragrance, that has a pleasant sweetness to it. It helps to lift the mind and spirit, making the Peppermint Oil from InstaNatural, a great choice when it comes to choosing oils to use for aromatherapy!
So if you are in search of those oils, the ones that can help with lifting your spirits, helping to relieve various ailments, use for aromatherapy, use in your cosmetics, and even use in those homemade cleaning products, then check out the line of essential oils from InstaNatural today!

I love using essential oils, especially oil of oregano cold pressed oil, it is great for sinus related issues, and sore throat, just a few drops helps.
Having read this I thought it was really enlightening.I appreciate you finding the time and energy to put this article together.I once again find myself personally spending a significant amount of time both reading and commenting. But so what, it was still worth it!
I'd love to try using these oils! I keep seeing and hearing great results from people on facebook using these.
Interesting and not sure if this is true or not but I recently heard a little bit of peppermint oil would help prevent kids from getting head lice. Was told to mix some in shampoo and conditioner.
I've never used essential oils, but I really need to give them a try soon!
yes, we unfortunately use oil of oregano to help with sore throats (not very pleasant but it works) Clove oil for tooth aches, and yes, Peppermint and Tea Tree oils are great natural repellents and can be used to repel lice as well as other bugs 🙂
