Making Video Watching Easy for Parents and Kids with Kideos #Free App

As a parent, I know that when it comes to that screen time, all of my kids, including my toddler, look forward to the time they can get. My older kids enjoy searching for those fun videos they come across, and well my toddler, he is just happy being able to get on my iPhone or iPad for any amount of time to do whatever I might have up for him.

The thing is, when it comes to that screen time, I want to ensure that my kids are only viewing appropriate content. And with sites like YouTube where a simple and innocent search can turn into something I do not want my kids seeing, those fears of my kids being exposed to things that should not be seen by children, become fears that are very real.

So as a parent, I seek out ways to make the internet safer for my kids, making it so when they are on watching videos, playing games and browsing, they are doing it and only being exposed to age appropriate content. Recently I was introduced to a great, free, app that allows me to control the browsing when it comes to the video content, and even time spent on the iPad or iPhone with Kideos.

The download is very simple, then once the app is live, setting the parental controls is also simple. I like that I can set it so my kids can only stream age appropriate videos. The videos that we can find include some of their favorite characters and songs, like Mickey Mouse and the “Hot Dog” dance, Frozen and more! The videos that the kids find on Kideos, are those YouTube videos that they are in search of when they go online, but they are ad free, and they are ones with age appropriate content, offering videos that are great for little ones ages 0-10!

Another parental control that I can appreciate is the timer control which I can set, so the kids do not go over their screen time limits, because when time is up, it lets them know and does not allow them to stream any more videos. Making the Kideos App, a must have for any parents when it comes to taking control of the video content and screen time in the home! I need to check into this because I have the same fears and there are so good things for kids on YouTube but had a couple times they just click and end up on something they shouldn't be. This is grrat

Love this, I will pass the Kideos app onto my daughter. I am new to my iPhone so I need to get my daughter to help me download it myself. My granddaughter would love
