When it comes to the places my kids enjoy going to, and getting special gifts from, the Build-A-Bear Workshop is one that all 3 can agree on. We like that when we go in, the kids can choose a new friend to not only build and personalize, but adopt and take home. I think one of the cutest things my kids have said when making a comparison to Build-A-Bear Workshop, is that it is just like when we have adopted our pets from our local animal shelter, by going in, playing with the various pets and finding the one that will join our family. So when we were introduced to the very lovable and adorable Promise Pets from the Build-A-Bear Workshop, I knew that they would make for a great fit in our home!
With the various pets that the kids can choose from when it comes to the Promise Pets line, my kids can not only personalize their new pets, but they can take them home and pretend that they are adopting a new pet over and over again when they play! I also like that with each of the Promise Pets we adopt, we can download the Free Promise Pets App, which gives the kids a realistic pet play experience, teaching them the responsibilities of pet ownership.
Then aside from the adorable pets we can adopt and personalize at Build-A-Bear and the free App the kids can enjoy, we can also help shelter pets from now until May 31st, find happy homes by donating $1 to the PetFinder Foundation! The donations go to educational outreach programs that help teach children how to care for pets! Making it so when they are ready to adopt, they will know how to take care of their new pets, and also making the new Promise Pets from Build-A-Bear a new favorite in my home! And to help with sharing the excitement of the new Promise Pets along with bringing awareness to the PetFinder Foundation, the wonderful people from Build-A-Bear would like to give one of my amazing readers their own Promise Pet!
Product received, thank you to Build-A-Bear Workshop as well as the PR for supplying me with a product for this review, all opinions are my own.
