Starting the Day Off Right with Post Shredded Wheat Crunch

When it comes to starting our mornings off right, I like to find breakfast items that are not only tasty, but that also offer some great health benefits as well. So when we were sent the new Post Shredded Wheat Crunch to review, I was not only excited to try them and learn more about this cereal, but also add them to my list of favorite menu items when it comes to breakfast!

I like knowing that by adding the Post Shredded Wheat to a healthy diet, I can help to reduce the risk of heart disease, not only for myself but for my husband as well. I also like that this cereal is low in sodium, with 43g of whole grains per serving, an excellent source of fiber as well as 4 vitamins and minerals.

Then when it comes to flavor, I like that we can not only get that great Post Shredded Wheat flavor we like, but we can also get that extra crunch that we get from the sweet and crunchy granola clusters, so the kids can enjoy it as well! In all, making the new Post Shredded Wheat Crunch not only a new favorite in my house when it comes to breakfast cereals, but also a great cereal to add to any breakfast menu!

    Sounds like a good, healthy alternative for cereal for me to eat in the morning! Yum!
