When it comes to our health, I

It pleases me to know that when it

C can form and maintain the collagen in our skin, which helps maintain a
youthful look. Having orange juice as a regular part of our diets also provides
my family and me with antioxidant power. In fact, when it comes to OJ, in
addition to improving our overall diets, it is good for the heart and each
8-ounce glass counts as two servings of fruit. I can also incorporate it into a
variety of dishes, like the one from Chef Allen Susser below. I can’t wait to
try it out!
When I learned that today is
National Orange Juice Day, I thought, ‘What better time to celebrate our
favorite 100% juice drink?’ That means we started the day with citrus-inspired
French toast and grabbed a delicious fruit smoothie for lunch. For dinner,
we’ll try orange smoked salmon and vegetable dip with bagel chips! Then, I can
end our day with a frozen treat by simply freezing some orange juice in
popsicle molds for the kids to enjoy. Every day is a reason to celebrate the
goodness that Tropicanaorange juice brings to our diets.
