The kids are heading back to school, and in many homes across America, we are slowly getting ourselves back into those school year routines. Like many homes out there, we not only have kids in school, but we also have those after school activities which include after school football practices. And for me, I head to the field to not only watch from the sidelines as my kids practice with their teams, but also cheer them on during the games. So as a woman who has LBL (light bladder leakage), I find that it is a necessity to pack the Poise Thin-Shape Light Absorbency Pads when we head to the football fields.

With the Poise Thin-Shape Light Absorbency Pads, I can pack them in my purse when we head to the field and instead of focusing on how far the bathroom is from where I am sitting in the stands, I can focus on the important things like watching as my kids do their best on the field. I also like that with the Poise Thin-Shape Light Absorbency Pads, I get the protection I need, from a thin pad that I can not get from any period pad, and I like when I am using them they remain discreet. Both the shape and the protection allow me to enjoy the games from the sidelines worry free, so instead of sitting or even rushing to the restroom when the kids make a big play or score, I can jump up in the stands and cheer with the rest of the parents worry free.

I can appreciate that when it comes to the Poise Thin-Shape Light Absorbency Pads, that they are specifically designed for LBL, and offer the absorbency I need that pads made for periods can not. We also find that the need for the Poise Thin-Shape Light Absorbency Pads is something that more women need than not, and when it comes to the facts that are behind LBL, we find that 1 in 3 women suffer from LBL.

Light Bladder Leakage is something that can happen at any time and at any age when it comes to women, and is something that can be triggered from various reasons, like when we exercise, when we find ourselves laughing, sneezing, cheering for our team from the sidelines, and even during pregnancy. So when I heard that Poise has teamed up with Brooke Burke-Charvet to help educate women about LBL and empower them to seize their Poise moment, I found that it is a topic that myself and many other women can relate to.

When we seize our Poise moment, we go to that exact point where we stop letting leaks interrupt our lives by seeking out the products like Poise Thin-Shape Light Absorbency pads. And for me, I seized my Poise moment when I found myself at a game for one of my kids last year where I ended up spending more than half the game from my car. The moment came after having a slight accident when I jumped up to cheer on my son as he and his team were running the ball. I had had issues before with LBL, but I had dealt with them over the years without actually dealing with them, and it was not until my Poise moment did I realize that I needed to take control and seize the moment to keep moments like that from happening again. Making the choice to always have the products like the Poise Thin-Shape Light Absorbency Pads on hand, one that allows me to live life without the embarrassments that can come from the effects of LBL.

These sound comfortable to wear and don't seem like they would get in your way.

This is a great product to use for those accidents that can happen as you get older with urine leakage. I like how comfortable they are.

I have been reading your posts on the poise products and i like how you share your story and not make it so uncomfortable to discuss and I also liek your thoughts on the different products from poise and how you use the different ones for differnt occasions. I first had issues after a surgery when I was in my early 30's and have used adult diapers but also found them to be embarrassing to buy and wear until I found the rpdoucts from poise
